I grew up in Denver, spent years living and working full-time in Aspen, and now split my time between Denver and a second home in Vail. In 2002 I left a big national brokerage to start View West Properties — the only Colorado real estate company registered with the Boards of Realtors in Denver, Boulder, Aspen, and Vail, plus the Colorado and National Associations of Realtors.
Most of my clients don’t find me through a listing search. They know me from squash, from the kids’ school, from the neighborhood — or they’re a referral from someone I’ve already worked with. Finding the listing is the easy part now; you can do that as well as I can. What you’re paying for is judgment.
